Billy Joe Daugherty (April 23, 1952 – November 22, 2009) was founder and pastor of Victory Christian Center (now Victory Church) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was also the founder of Victory Christian School, Victory Bible Institute and Victory World Missions Training Center (now Victory College).
Victory Christian School was founded in 1979 by Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty and his wife, Pastor Sharon Daugherty. In 1989, the school moved to its current facilities at 7700 S. Lewis Ave in Tulsa, OK.
The 1963 Tulsa Golden Hurricane football team represented the University of Tulsa during the 1963 NCAA University Division football season.
