Severin Fortress is a set of historical monuments located on the territory of Drobeta Turnu Severin, Romania. [1] In the National Archaeological Repertory , the monument appears with the code 109782.07.01.
Severin experienced a steady economic, urban and social growth until 1972, when it received the name of Drobeta-Turnu Severin. In 1914, the Water Castle (Castelul de Apă) was opened.
