Norwood Memorial Municipal Building (Norwood Town Hall) is a historic building located in Norwood, Massachusetts, United States. Stained-glass window in Norwood Town Hall depicting town seal. [2] The Late Gothic Revival building was built in 1927-28, and is made of Weymouth seamed-face granite.
The present Norwood Town Hall was opened in 1883, and received extensive additions in 1914. [5] [1] The council undertook a significant program of tree planting in its early years, and managed three municipal plantations. [1] In 1905, the council was given Norwood Oval as a gift in trust, and managed it thereafter. [2]
