In computational geometry, a Delaunay triangulation or Delone triangulation of a set of points in the plane subdivides their convex hull [1] into triangles whose circumcircles do not contain any of the points; that is, each circumcircle has its generating points on its circumference, but all other points in the set are outside of it.
Qiang Yang (Chinese: 杨强; pinyin: yáng qiáng) (born 1963) is the Chair Professor, Department Head of CSE, HKUST in Hong Kong [2] and University New Bright Professor of Engineering and Chair Professor from 2015. He was the founding head of Noah's Ark Lab. [3] He had taught at the University of Waterloo and Simon Fraser University.
