2002–2005 Chevrolet TrailBlazer, with modification to meet Japanese standards. The first-generation TrailBlazer is based on a truck platform officially known as GMT360, with all models having four-wheel-drive layout as an option with both automatic engagement and the more traditional "Auto," "2-High," "4-High," and "4-Low" gearings, except the SS model which features an all-wheel-drive system.
The Xtreme package used a different style wheel than a standard truck equipped with the ZQ8 option. There are 2 versions of "ZQ8" wheels - 1996-2000 (also standard on 1996-1998 SS trucks), similar in design to 3rd generation Camaro wheels, and 2001-2003 (also used on Blazer Xtremes from 2004 to 2005), which bear a resemblance to an IROC Z28 wheel.
The Trailblazer received a facelift for the 2024 model year. Changes include a new front fascia of a curvier design, new front bumper, new running lights, new LED taillights, new exterior colors, new wheel designs, and the interior receives a larger 11-inch touchscreen infotainment system (available with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto) and 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster.
Some new wheels were available, and models continued to be offered in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions, ranging from the base LS to the top-of-the-line LTZ. A Bose audio system was standard on 2LT and LTZ models. [6] [7] For 2014, Chevrolet added Forward Collision Alert and Lane Departure Warning to the Traverse. [8]
