The only difference is that there is a "Color / Black and White" selection, whereas in the MS Office, there is no where to select "color / black and white". The printer itself, when running a test prints in color. When I send a color document to the printer from my PC it will not print in color. Also when I go to printer properties there is no place to select color. The options are draft, normal, best. None of those will print in color from my computer. My printer is an HP Envy 7640.

Here's how I installed the profile: copy <profilename>.ICC to "C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color". right-click and "Install". went to "Color Management" in Control Panel. selected my printer. ticked "Use my settings for this device". selected "Manual". added profile via dialog. set profile as standard.
