The Mississauga Halton LHIN is a Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) in the Canadian province of Ontario. It is a community-based, non-profit organization funded by the Government of Ontario through the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care .
It serves the communities of Milton, Oakville, and Halton Hills. The three hospitals serves a community of over 350,000 people. As at 2017/18, Halton Healthcare has 4,022 staff, 1,750 volunteers and 350 physicians. It falls within the boundaries of the Mississauga-Halton Local Health Integration Network.

Trillium Health Partners was formed with the amalgamation of the Trillium Health Centre and the Credit Valley Hospital on December 1, 2011. The two-site Trillium Health Centre was itself the result of a 1998 amalgamation between Mississauga Hospital (established 1958 as South Peel Hospital) and Queensway General Hospital (established 1956).
