Students must have participated in the band program from the time of their enrollment in high school before their senior year and must participate through graduation of their senior year. Students will attend all performances and UIL activities.
Parents of band or colorguard students may join at any general membership level. Includes voting privileges at general membership meetings, monthly newsletter, and eligibility to volunteer at band events. Memberships are per household. Conduct the Band!
Color guard is the an artistic sport that combines dance, choreography, and the spinning of flags, sabers, rifles, and other equipment. Performers execute synchronized routines alongside a marching band in the Fall semester, or independently in their spring season of "Winter Guard" .

Tailgate is Monday, September 9, at 7pm (AHS Track Stadium)! Come see over 1,000 students play together!! Middle school bands get a taste of high school marching playing with the Biggest Band in the Land! Get a hamburger or hot dog meal with chips and a bottle of water for $5.00.
The Band Banquet is set for Saturday, May 17, from 5:30pm - 10:00pm. Doors open at 5:30pm, with dinner service beginning immediately. After dinner, there will be a presentation of awards. Students will end the night with a dance in the PAC Commons and optional games in the Black Box Theater.
