Boober Fraggle is a fictional puppet character from the television series Fraggle Rock.He was created by Jim Henson.He is performed and voiced by Dave Goelz in both the original series [1] and its 2022 reboot Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, [2] with Frank Meschkuleit providing the puppetry in the latter. Gobo finds Boober and tries once again to tell him he's a Fraggle, but Boober doesn't believe him. So Gobo goes back to Mokey, Red and Wembley and prepares a plan to get Boober back to Fraggle Rock. But Boober, still thinking he's a Gorg, overhears this and gets Ma and Pa to help him catch the Fraggles.
Gobo Fraggle, Wembley Fraggle, Boober Fraggle, Mokey Fraggle, Red Fraggle, and Uncle Traveling Matt appear in the music video for the Ben Folds Five song "Do It Anyway", for which Chris Hardwick and Lisa Henson served as executive producers. Boober is fed up because Fraggle Rock is too crowded, causing the other Fraggles to move away and live alone. When the sleeping Slurp is awakened and takes over Fraggle Rock, the lonely Fraggles must rally up and get the Slurp out so they can reclaim their home. Meanwhile, Doc builds a doghouse for Sprocket.
