Bernard Fowler (born January 2, 1960 [1]) is an American musician. He is known for a long association with The Rolling Stones, providing backing vocals since 1989 and on their studio recordings and live tours. [1] Fowler has been a featured guest vocalist on the majority of solo albums released by the members of that band.
