Parker-Hannifin Corporation, originally Parker Appliance Company, usually referred to as just Parker, is an American corporation specializing in motion and control technologies. Its corporate headquarters are in Mayfield Heights, Ohio , in Greater Cleveland (with a Cleveland mailing address).
Parker Hannifin Hall, formerly the George Howe residence/ George Howe mansion and also used as the Vixseboxse gallery, is a historic residence at 2258 Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. It was acquired by Cleveland State University in 1982 and is used for offices. [1] It is one of the few remaining homes from Millionaire's Row on Euclid Avenue.
On March 13, 1917, Parker Appliance Company was founded, referencing the office address of 1115 Schofield Bldg of the Schofield Building in Downtown Cleveland. [7] His first production facility was located at 2420 Superior Viaduct in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland. [8] [9]
