It uses the same style as the Unicode charts but emoji are not contained in a single Unicode block (and there's no Unicode block named "Emoji"). The list only contains singletons: Sequences containing multiple emoji are not shown. Emoji with a default presentation of "text" are followed by U+FE0F VS16 to indicate an "emoji" presentation.

In version 13.0, Unicode was extended with another block containing many graphics characters, Symbols for Legacy Computing, which includes a few box-drawing characters and other symbols used by obsolete operating systems (mostly from the 1980s).
Unicode has no separate characters for hexadecimal values. A consequence is, that when using regular characters it is not possible to determine whether hexadecimal value is intended, or even whether a value is intended at all. That should be determined at a higher level, e.g. by prepending 0x to a hexadecimal number or by context.
