The University of Cebu (UC; Cebuano: Unibersidad sa Sugbo; Filipino: Pamantasan ng Cebu) is a private, non-sectarian, coeducational basic and higher education institution in Cebu City, Philippines. It was founded in 1964 offering preschool, grade school, junior & senior high school, undergraduate degrees, and post-graduate degrees.

Hoerdemann Building, Wrocklage Yard (2010), Carolinian Inn (2011), Kolk’s Nook (2011), and Language Academy (2013).

The College of Dentistry and Nursing is situated on a separate campus in Banilad, Mandaue City, alongside the Vicente Gullas Memorial Hospital and the Gullas College of Medicine. Previously, the Gullas College of Medicine (formerly known as Mandaue Academy) operated from a campus in downtown Cambaro, Mandaue City.
Its third campus, in Barangay Banilad, was opened in June 2002. A fourth campus, the Pardo–Talisay campus, located in Barangay Bulacao Pardo, near the boundary between Cebu City and Talisay, was added to the UC network in 2021 after the university's acquisition of St. Paul College Foundation, Inc.
Cebu Doctors' University was organized in 1973 as Cebu Doctors' College and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1976. Its first campus was located adjacent to the present Cebu Doctors' University Hospital. Cebu Doctors' College of Nursing (CDU-CN) was the first College of the university when it was opened in 1973.
