Quiet Riot is an American heavy metal band founded in Los Angeles in 1973 [1] by guitarist Randy Rhoads and bassist Kelly Garni.. The original lineup featured Rhoads and Garni with lead vocalist Kevin DuBrow and drummer Drew Forsyth, though that version of the band was mired in turmoil that would eventually see Garni fired for making death threats towards DuBrow. [2]
The band also did a 50 city US tour in support of the release. On September 13, 2010, it was announced that Quiet Riot would be reforming with the line up which would include Grossi, Frankie Banali and Chuck Wright. In 2011 Grossi formed Hotel Diablo. The band entered the studio with former Guns N' Roses guitarist Gilby Clarke producing.

The band reported that their upcoming album, Road Rage would be re-recorded prior to its release to feature Durbin on lead vocals. [35] After recording a follow-up album, Durbin quit the band in September 2019. [36]
