YVR–Airport is an elevated station on the Canada Line of Metro Vancouver's SkyTrain rapid transit system. The station is located at Vancouver International Airport's main terminal in Richmond, British Columbia, and is one of the outbound termini of the Canada Line, the other being Richmond–Brighouse.
From Bridgeport station, the Canada Line splits into two branches, one heading west to the YVR–Airport station at Vancouver International Airport and the other continuing south to the Richmond–Brighouse station in Richmond's city centre. Opened on August 17, 2009, the Canada Line added 15 stations and 19.2 km (11.9 mi) to the SkyTrain network.
In 1999, detailed design of the Vancouver-Airport/Richmond BRT was carried out. On April 1, 1999, The Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority (TransLink) was created under the direction of CEO Ken Dobell, previously city manager for the City of Vancouver. In April 2000, TransLink adopted its Strategic Transportation Plan 2000–2005.

The trolleybuses running along Main Street (#3), Granville Street (#10) and Oak Street (#17)—as well as the former trolleybus route on Cambie Street (#15)—have their southern termini located at a bus exchange at Marine Drive station, enabling easy transfers for passengers traveling between Vancouver, Richmond, and the Vancouver International Airport.
