Hugh Brannum (January 5, 1910 – April 19, 1987) was an American vocalist, arranger, composer, and actor known for his role as Mr. Green Jeans on the children's television show Captain Kangaroo. During his days with Fred Waring and his Pennsylvanians, Brannum used his childhood nickname "Lumpy".

McRae–Helena is a city in the U.S. state of Georgia, formed on January 1, 2015, by the merger of the two cities of McRae and Helena. McRae–Helena is the county seat of Telfair County. It is the largest city in Telfair County, with a population of 6,253 in 2020. [2] This includes the population held as inmates at McRae Correctional Institution.

Hardman Farm State Historic Site is a Georgia state historic site near Helen, Georgia. The historic site includes an 1870 Italianate mansion [1] and a gazebo-topped Native American burial mound. [2] Other structures include a kitchen, horse barn, dairy barn, and spring house.
