Farm to Market Road 1458 (FM 1458) is located in Austin and Waller counties. It runs from FM 359 at Pattison west and south to FM 1093. FM 1458 was designated on July 22, 1949, from US 90 (now I-10) south 4.2 miles (6.8 km) via Frydek to a county road. On September 20, 1961, the road was extended south 7.2 miles (11.6 km) to FM 1093.
