Ed Harris posted this 12 September 2014. These four designs all use the same form relief cutter, simply adjusting the tooling to cut different diameters per the caliber. Nose diameter tolerance is negative. Slight bevel base eases loading, short shank and long nose reduces bullet intrusion into case, reducing jump and increasing powder space.

We used to do zinc molding in-house (bonding a shell (a cup 2" dia and 1-1/2" deep to a shaft) for motor parts. MOST zinc casting is done under a bit of pressure. Just something to consider in your casting process when you get to it. #Permalink. 0.

It's a fantastic bullet and shoots very accurate in all my firearms including two 9mm Lugers. It's a 125 grain Hollow Point and 130 grain solid depending of course on what alloy you use.

Yes, I do not like NOE’s business practices one bit. Forrest Gump is my smarter brother. #Permalink. 1.

Soooooo, upon looking at the Accurate Mold catalog I found what looks to be the same configuration as the Lee 429-200-RF and the Lee 452-255-RF ...
