The project features numerous skyscrapers located in an area where Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended, and located immediately south of Downtown Dubai .
The Executive Towers is a complex of 12 towers in Business Bay development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They comprise 10 residential towers, one commercial tower known as Aspect Tower, and one hotel tower 'The Taj Hotel'. They are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay, and are located near its entrance.

Six lanes travel from Deira to Bur Dubai while seven go from Bur Dubai to Deira. The Business Bay Crossing is located some 1.5 km South of Al Garhoud Bridge near Dubai Festival City and provides a new road corridor to motorists travelling between Bur Dubai and Deira and to Sharjah, in addition to Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.
