The 2022–23 Barrow A.F.C. season was the 122nd edition of the football club and the club's third consecutive season in League Two. Outside the league, they contested the 2022–23 FA Cup , the 2022–23 EFL Cup and the 2022–23 EFL Trophy .

The 2021–22 season was Barrow's second consecutive season in League Two. Along with the league, the club also competed in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the EFL Trophy. The season covers the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. During pre-season, Mark Cooper was appointed as the club's new manager on a three-year deal. [3]
