Teluk Duyung is a beautiful bay protected by the Muka Head's cape. On Head's peak stands a majestic lighthouse built in 1883. A burial ground of at least 80 years resembles that of Indonesian Acheh and is an interesting historical artefact. The lighthouse peak offers a panoramic view of the surrounding islands.

Cap's Place, originally named Club Unique, is a historic site in Lighthouse Point, Florida, United States. It opened in 1928 as a speakeasy (with associated rum-running), gambling den and restaurant. It is the oldest extant structure in the City of Lighthouse Point and the oldest commercial enterprise in the area. [2]

In 1990, the base was reinforced by constructing a steel cell and filling it with limestone for temporary support. In the fall of 1996, a permanent seawall was completed around the front light island. [3] The rear light was constructed with a large keeper's house on the island surrounding the light. The house was demolished in the early 1930s.
The current lighthouse was erected in 1984 and consist of a 8 metres (26 ft) fiberglass cylindrical tower with balcony and lantern. The light is positioned at 14.5 metres (48 ft) above sea level and emits one white flash 3 seconds long in a 6 seconds period visible up to a distance of 12 nautical miles (22 km; 14 mi).
