Harriet Maxine Hageman was born on a ranch outside of Fort Laramie, Wyoming, near the Nebraska border, on October 18, 1962. [2] [3] Her father, James Hageman, served as a longtime member of the Wyoming House of Representatives until his death in 2006. [4]

Jay Sawvel (born March 14, 1971) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for the University of Wyoming, a position he has held since 2024. [1] [2] He previously served as the defensive coordinator and safeties coach at the University of Wyoming from 2020 to 2023.
