Daniel Faraldo (born June 10, 1977), known professionally as Dan-e-o, is a Canadian hip hop artist and actor of Jamaican and Spanish descent. In June 2015, Dan-e-o received the award for Best Hip Hop Artist at the Black Canadian Awards. He is a member of the groups Monolith and Perfeck Strangers, both based in Scarborough, Ontario. [1]
He began working with a young female artist named Pascalle, who is his business partner with Infinity Moguls. Pascalle performed with him all over the world. He began to coach her personally. Red Rat then went on to collaborate with Dan-e-o, his cousin, a Toronto-based rapper, the song also featured Pascalle, called "Hoo Yuh Want?"
In 1963, Petula Clark recorded the song in French ("Je me sens bien auprès de toi") and Italian ("Sto volentieri con te"), the former of which made the top 5 in France and peaked at number 2 in Wallonia. [30] She also recorded an English version for album release on the Canadian market.
