Zoro and Luffy battle S-Hawk and S-Bear, aided by Lucci and Kaku after negotiations for a temporary truce. Meanwhile, on Elbaf, Shanks and his crew prepare to face the Kid Pirates at sea, offering Kid a choice between surrendering his copies of the Road Poneglyphs or engaging in battle.
Zoro explains the Seraphim have a similar unbreakable defense as Lunarians when they are aflame; several teams battle them: Nami, Brook, Sanji, and Edison vs. S-Shark; Franky, Usopp, and Lilith lose to S-Snake, who also stomps Pythagoras. Zoro and Kaku pursue S-Hawk while Luffy and Lucci continue to fight S-Bear.
While Zoro engages Kaku in an intense sword fight, Usopp's attempt to steal a key from the sleeping CP9 agent Jabra humorously fails as the assassin wakes up and reveals himself to have the power of the Dog Dog Fruit Model: Wolf. At the same time, Kaku reveals to Zoro his newly gained Devil Fruit power: the Ox-Ox Fruit Model: Giraffe.

The Straw Hat Pirates begin their attack with Luffy, Zoro and Sanji taking the lead in the fight but mostly it is the latter two of the three who begin showing their new powers and abilities from their two-year separation and training. Zoro starts showing off his newly modified sword attacks while Sanji displays a more powerful style of kicking.
Vergo states that Luffy and the others must have broken out of the cage and helped the G-5 soldiers' escape. Before Luffy went to fight Caesar again, Zoro calls out to Luffy reminding him that this is just the beginning of the New World and he mustn't let his guard down again, and Luffy happily complies as he plows through the Satyr soldiers.
Now Luffy and the others must battle the Bayan pirates and find the treasure that Amanda's father had left for his children. Amanda, who has always resented adventure and treasure because her father was constantly gone in search for it, finally understands his feelings. This TV Special is aired between episodes 149 and 150.
The fight is short and Zoro joins the crew again in the Rocket Man. On the Puffing Tom, Sanji beats Wanze beautiful, though Wanze thinks he's ruined his face. Franky finally gains the upper hand against Nero and defeats him.
