Lakeview is a census-designated place (CDP) in Grant County, Washington, United States. The population was 915 at the 2010 census , [ 5 ] up from 797 at the 2000 census . The community is referred to as Lakeview Park on topographic maps [ 6 ] and by locals.
Lakeland Village, a multi-phase residential development started in the late 1960s with continued current development, includes over 800 homes and makes up a majority of Allyn's population. Lakeland Village is built around a 27-hole golf course and Lake Anderson, a 50-acre private lake providing recreational activities for residents.

The northern border is Newberry Hill Road, which separates Chico from Silverdale. Chico Creek forms the southern boundary with Erlands Point and Kitsap Lake to the south. Lakeland North is located in southwestern King County and is bordered to the east by Auburn, to the south and west by Federal Way, and to the north by Kent. Interstate 5 runs along the west edge of the community, with access from Exit 143 (South 320th Street) at the southwest corner of the CDP and from Exit 147 (South 272nd Street) at the northwest corner.
Bridge Creek Road leads east 8 miles (13 km) from North Twin Lake to Inchelium and west across Gold Mountain Ridge 22 miles (35 km) to Washington State Route 21 in the Sanpoil River valley. According to the U.S. Census Bureau , the Twin Lakes CDP has a total area of 4.2 square miles (10.8 km 2 ), all of it land.
John Marlin and the Urquhart Brothers established their homes in the area in 1870s and were followed by a military road connecting Fort Walla Walla to Camp Chelan that passed near the area. A railroad was built through the area in 1892. Wilson Creek was platted in 1903 and officially incorporated on May 8, 1903. [5]
