The following is a list of PIAA basketball state champions for boys and girls' basketball for each division sanctioned by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association. Divisions are organized by class enrollment size from the smallest (1A) to the largest (6A). Divisions 5A and 6A began in 2017. [1]

Keith Edward Starr (born March 14, 1954) is an American former professional basketball player. [1] He played in 17 games during the 1976–77 season for the Chicago Bulls after a collegiate career at the University of Pittsburgh. [1] Starr also played briefly in the Continental Basketball Association in 1982–83 with the Las Vegas Silvers. [2]
