The Bigelow Hotel is a historic hotel located at 2510 Washington Blvd. in Ogden, Utah, United States.Opened in 1927, it was known from 1933-2017 as the Ben Lomond Hotel. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Coon Chicken Inn was an American chain of three restaurants that was founded by Maxon Lester Graham and Adelaide Burt in 1925, [1] which prospered until the late 1950s. The restaurant's name contained the word Coon, considered a racial slur, and the trademarks and entrances of the restaurants were designed to look like a smiling caricature of an African American porter.
The buildings were designed by architect Eber E. Piers of Ogden, Utah. [2] Piers is more commonly associated with Prairie style architecture; the Hunter Ranch was his only work in a rustic style. Piers was a friend of the Hunters and was paid in room and board, vacationing at the ranch. [3]
