I file my taxes on February 29 I got rejected 2 time the I called the IRS and then said send my taxes documents the IRS received on 3/5/20 now I still waiting what happened for my refunds it 2 months already i never received my refunds.

@cwtx72. Even if you had a local office nearby, it probably wouldn't help. And telephone services will be limited for the near future, as well.
The IRS phone number is 1-800-829-1040 7AM-7PM mon-fri. DO NOT choose the option of refund, you will be sent to the automated tax refunds area. There is also 1-800-829-3676 which is free IRS tax HELP for FORMS. And 1-800-829-4933 for IRS Business Taxes. The other number in the answer is the IRS Social Security number is 1-800-829-0922.

If you made the payments you listed on your return and the IRS disagrees then simply respond to the notice with proof of payment ... a bank or credit card statement showing the payment and/or a cancelled check.
