We have installed AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 on Citrix Virtual Desktops (version 1903). As part of this, we are using folder redirection to store the contents of the Windows “AppData\Roaming” folders for the individual user profiles. This contains standard AutoCAD files along with many of our own custom files.
Users started reporting this on 17/03/2023 and the issue is still occurring. Version of Autodesk Access installed is Version 1.39.0.174 It is installed on a Server 2019 Datacenter VDA running in Citrix Cloud. Any suggestions on what we can do to prevent this from happening? Thanks for the help!

The Citrix implementation for hosted environments is the only one that is licensed and supported for a server-based implementation. Keep in mind, when a client connects, the AutoCAD application is treated as if it is running in a client.
Does anyone have experience deploying Revit on Citrix? Are there any good documents on how to do this out there? Is the card listed above supported on Revit in a Citrix environment? I did read that there are some issues with Revit 2013 but that Revit 2012 works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
