I modified my XP so when I right click on a pic and click on Edit it will open Picture Manger. The Office 2003 works great. It open the picture and ready to edit no matter where the picture is located. But with Picture Manager 2007, it default to open in "My Pictures" folder. No more "File>Open" or "Ctrl + O".
