Dallas Arts Tower (formerly Chase Tower) is a 225 m (738 ft), 55-story postmodern skyscraper at 2200 Ross Avenue in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas. Although it is the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city, if one were to exclude antennas and spires, it would be the third.
The building is well known for its sloping exterior glass walls, which slant inward from the building's top floor to ground level. 717 Harwood is owned by SKW Funding, a New York–based real estate investment firm. There are seven 5-story atrium lobbies spaced throughout the tower with glass windows at each end. This unique design provides clear views of downtown and East Dallas, but limits floor space on each level. The second and third floors, along with a basement-level concourse, were built with space for retail tenants.
