The paper's editorial slant frequently pitted it against the Omaha Herald, the Omaha Republican and other local papers. Fremont High School (FHS) is the sole public high school for the city of Fremont, Nebraska, United States. FHS operates grades 9–12; its enrollment for the 2022–23 academic year was 1633 students. [1] The school's athletic teams are the Tigers and its colors are black and gold.
