This flag is a retouched picture, which means that it has been digitally altered from its original version. Modifications: I took the Flag of Afghanistan (1992), removed the white letters, changed the color of the black letters and added the Coat of Amrs from the Flag of Afghanistan (1992-1996; 2001).
