Memorial Pagoda for the War Dead (Chūrei-tō, Japanese: 戦没者慰霊塔（忠霊塔）, Location: Chureito Pagoda, 3360-1 Arakura, Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture) A 19.5 meter high tower made of reinforced concrete [9] and installed in 1962. It was built to enshrine 1,055 war dead people from the city. [22]

When the city of Mission, Texas, was founded in 1908, it was named in honor of La Lomita. [1] The chapel was designated a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark in 1964, [ 9 ] and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. [ 10 ]

The tallest pre-modern pagoda still standing is the Liaodi Pagoda.
