The Women's Lacrosse League (WLL; sponsor name Maybelline Women's Lacrosse League) is a professional lacrosse sixes league owned and organized by the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL). It is the sole professional lacrosse league for women in the United States. The WLL commenced play in 2025, with four clubs competing.

The following is a list of the 78 schools who field men's lacrosse teams and the 133 schools who field women's lacrosse teams in NCAA Division I competition, plus two schools that have planned to begin fielding Division I women's lacrosse teams in 2026. Conference affiliations are current for the next 2025 NCAA lacrosse season.
Women's lacrosse field dimensions based on 2007 IFWLA women's lacrosse rules. The size of the playing field depends on the players' age group. For U15 and U13 players, they must play on a regulation sized field with all appropriate markings. For U11, they must play on a regulation sized field with all appropriate markings whenever possible.
