Connecticut's 4th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Connecticut.Located in the southwestern part of the state, the district is largely suburban and extends from Bridgeport, the largest city in the state, to Greenwich – an area largely coextensive with the Connecticut side of the New York metropolitan area.

The 2020 United States House of Representatives elections in Connecticut was held on November 3, 2020, to elect the five U.S. representatives from the state of Connecticut, one from each of the state's five congressional districts.
Connecticut is divided among five congressional districts from which citizens elect the state's representatives to the United States House of Representatives.After the re-apportionment following the 2000 census, Connecticut lost one representative, reducing the state's delegation from six to five.
The tax is expected to raise $25 million in the 2024/2025 budget year and will be used for capital projects.
An estimated $83 million will be raised over four years to pay for essential services.
