Yoasobi [A] is a Japanese pop duo formed in 2019. It consists of musician and record producer Ayase and singer-songwriter Lilas Ikuta, under the moniker Ikura.With the slogan "novel into music", the duo originally released songs based on selected fictional stories posted on Monogatary.com [], a social media website for creative writing operated by Sony Music Entertainment Japan.
She is best known as the vocalist of the duo Yoasobi with producer Ayase, under the stage name Ikura, and a former member of the cover group Plusonica . After numerous singles and extended plays releases, Ikuta released her debut studio album Sketch in March 2023 and peaked at number four on the Oricon Albums Chart.

Debuted in late 2019, Yoasobi did not perform live during their early career due to COVID-19 pandemic, except The Home Take, the pandemic-restricted edition of The First Take in May 2020, where only Ikura appeared to perform the re-arranged "Yoru ni Kakeru". [1]
Written by Ayase, the song was based on the light novel Monogatari writer Nisio Isin's short stories Nadeko Past and Shinobu Future. Commercially, "Undead" reached number ten on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 , and number 14 on the Oricon Combined Singles Chart .
