    The PBS website for Arthur seems to designate Arthur, DW, Pal, Francine, Sue Ellen, Buster, Binky, Fern, George, Brain, Muffy and the Twins as the series' "main characters" as they are (or were) usually the subjects of most episodes. Next, I would suggest merging the Buster and Ratburn articles back into this list.
