Sophie Chang (Chinese: 張淑芬; pinyin: Zhāng Shúfēn; born 1944) is a Taiwanese philanthropist, author and painter. She is the chairperson of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Charity Foundation and Weiyi Social Welfare Charity Foundation.
