Mississippi Highway 350 (MS 350) is a highway in extreme northern Mississippi. Its western terminus is at MS 2 near Corinth. The road travels near the Tennessee state line to its eastern terminus at MS 25. The route was designated in 1981, and no significant changes have been made since.
The segment is located over southern Benton County and western Tippah County. In 2012, Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) calculated as many as 2,400 vehicles traveling west of MS 15 and MS 368, and as few as 1,100 vehicles traveling west of the eastern boundary of the Holly Springs National Forest. In 1935, US 72 was routed to Memphis through Mississippi from Corinth removing the extension on US 45 to Selmer. As late as the early 1970s, US 72 followed State Route 57 (Poplar Avenue) from Collierville to its western terminus at East Parkway N. (which carried US 64, US 70 , and US 79 , as well as State Route 1 ).
They continue through downtown before leaving Parsons as a 2-lane highway. US 412/SR 20 continue through largely wooded countryside before coming to Perryville and becoming concurrent with SR 100 , just before crossing a bridge over the Tennessee River and entering Perry County and Middle Tennessee .
