The Building Department is located next to City Hall at 10001 N.W. 87th Avenue in Hialeah Gardens. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Parks and Recreation Department offers recreational services to its residents in four main park facilities plus several smaller neighborhood parks. Our primary location is Westland Gardens Park. We have two banquet halls, the smallest hall accommodates up to 100 people and the largest hall accommodates up to 130 people.
