Cadet Kelly is a 2002 American military comedy film released as a Disney Channel Original Movie and starring Hilary Duff and Christy Carlson Romano. [1] The film premiered with 7.8 million viewers. [2] It is Duff's second starring film role, her first being Casper Meets Wendy. This was Disney Channel's second film filmed in Canada.
Before being signed to Inpop Records, the album was released independently. It did not include the three final remix tracks and featured different cover art.
