While anyone can edit articles, to keep things manageable, only administrators can delete them. Note that removing all text from a page does not delete it; it just leaves a blank page, which is discouraged as it is confusing to readers. Removed text is not permanently lost, and can easily be restored from the page history.
If the template has a separate documentation page (usually called "Template:template name/doc"), add [[Category:Speedy deletion templates]] to the <includeonly> section at the bottom of that page.
If the page is in your own user space (i.e. starts with "User:YourName/"), then you can request immediate deletion of the page at any time. Simply edit the page and put the template {{db-u1}} at the top of the page. An administrator will see that the page is in your own user space and delete it.
Batch-delete: Click on the "D-batch" link to activate Twinkle's batch delete feature, allowing you to delete multiple pages at once. The module loads all links on the current page and lets you select which ones to delete, along with options to also delete their talk pages, redirects to those pages, and removing links to those pages.
Consider making a redirect to an existing page. If a page deserves to be made into an article, add any information you can, and then add a stub tag. Please remove the listings that have already been taken care of, to prevent duplication of effort. (This includes all links that have turned red - these have been deleted.)
