The Frank E. Heller Dam is an embankment dam that impounds Hagerman's Run and creates the Hagerman Reservoir that supplies water for Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. [1] It is owned by the Williamsport Municipal Water Authority and Pennsylvania-American Water Company.
