Holy Trinity Church is a heritage-listed Anglican church on the corner of Newcastle and Pool Streets, in York, Western Australia. The church was consecrated in 1858 by the first Anglican Bishop of Perth, Mathew Blagden Hale.

The church was a Benedictine monastery founded in 1089 as Micklegate Priory, York by Ralph Paynel, and dedicated to the Holy Trinity. It fronted on Micklegate, in the city of York, England. It was under the care of the Benedictine Abbey of Marmoutier. The site had previously been used for Christ Church, a house of secular canons.

Inside Holy Trinity Micklegate. The nave and tower of Holy Trinity, Micklegate are remnants of the Benedictine priory church, itself on the site of the pre-Conquest church. The present five bay aisled nave is late 12th and early 13th century, the tower built after 1453.

The church dates from the 11th century. The north and south arcades are 13th century. The north aisle dates form the mid 14th century. The chancel, chapels and arcades were rebuilt around 1430. Originally only dedicated to St Martin, the church acquired its current name when it merged with St Gregory's Church in 1585.
