Zoro goes missing, as the Straw Hats restock. On their search for him, Sanji, Nami, Chopper, and Robin follows Maya, a girl of the island, to a village. There, Zoro appears, accompanied by a group of marines. Zoro wields his sword against Sanji and takes three jewel orbs from Maya. Luffy stumbles upon a training center of the local Marine division.
Before he leaves, Luffy interrogates him about his identity to which, he replies that for their sake he should not reply. Meanwhile, Zoro's sword Shusui alongside other belongings are stolen by 'fairies'. Noticing the edge of the sword Zoro, Sanji, and Kin'emon go after the thief. During the pursuit, Kin'emon is separated from the group.
