Levi Morgan (26 June 1766) was a person in the western parts of what was then Virginia. Morgan was born on 26 June 1766 in Morgantown , Province of Virginia, British America. His grandfather was Colonel Morgan Morgan , a Welshman who was the first Euro-American settler in the hills of western Virginia , and his father was Colonel Zackquill Morgan .
