Link to v1.7 (rich text for every field, but limited auto-scale fonts) Link to v1.6 (all bold text + full auto-scale fonts) I took the official DnD_5E_CharacterSheet - Form Fillable, and have a made a few improvements over the years: Changed most of the fields to rich text, so you can bold & italicize to your heart's content (v1.7 only)
Pretty solid but a few suggestions I could make. Separate background and feats. Background is typically located in the Character name box and it's weird and confusing to have it merged with feats. Make the full combat ready AC the most prominent (also tooltip says 'Dextermity') with the smaller ones for 'unarmored'.
5th Edition Template Character Sheet built with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. Links at the end. What follows is more-or-less context/the story for how this came to be a thing. So, a while ago I started DMing for a group online. In the past, I had used a character sheet that I found online (made by David Lester, linked in the template).
Sort by: Ironforged. • 9 yr. ago. Hands down the very best form fillable character sheet for 5th edition. Current Standard. I would credit u/supersonic159 with a mention but all I know how to do is link to his user page. Great work by the way if you read this. 2. ImpsCorner.

Edit 2: u/GrymDraig pointed out that since the OP Wizards has updated to Extended format (making it easy to edit and save) so that's a good thing.

Comprehensive L5R 5th Edition Character Sheet. So, I'm pretty proud of this beast I made a while ago and I think I might have shared it before but it was in its infancy. It's a Google Sheets character sheet that walks you through character generation and has all the information from the published books and some homebrew stuff available in it.
It's completly auto fillable and has a section for everything you could think of. Easy to use too. Just use D&D Beyond, you can export a PDF of the full sheet when you're done. I've tried about 10 different auto-sheets over the years. Nothing beats reading the book and filling in your sheet as you go.
I decided to create a simplified 5e character sheet for a family with a 12 year old and a few adult beginners for which I was DMing. This sheet was created with young players in mind and is intended for lower level characters that aren't too complicated. I realize that not EVERYTHING is included on the sheet, and that was to keep it focused on ...
