National Route 830 (N830) is a secondary route that forms part of the Philippine highway network from Samboan to Barili in Cebu, Philippines. There are four components of the route, namely Natalio Bacalso Avenue (in Samboan), Santander–Barili–Toledo Road, Carcar–Barili Road and Carcar–Barili–Mantalongon Road. [1] [2] [3]
National Route 8 (N8) is a 174-kilometer (108 mi) north-south major primary national route that forms part of the Philippine highway network in the province of Cebu.There are two highways that make up the road: the Cebu North Road and Natalio Bacalso Avenue (also known as the Cebu South Road).

[1] From the west, the road starts at the intersection with Felix Paras Street in the Carcar town proper as the continuation of Santander–Barili–Toledo Road. It then proceeds to the east cutting through the mountainous terrain of Cebu.
Natalio Bacalso Avenue, also known as Cebu South Road and informally as Cebu South Expressway, is a highway from Cebu to Samboan in Cebu, Philippines. [ 2 ] [ 3 ] [ 4 ] It is currently Cebu's longest road, stretching around 140 kilometers (87 mi). [ 5 ]
Carcar City is bordered to the north by the town of San Fernando, to the west are the towns of Barili and Aloguinsan, to the east is the Cebu Strait, and to the south is the town of Sibonga. Carcar is 40 kilometres (25 mi) from Cebu City , 23 kilometres (14 mi) from Barili , and 26 kilometres (16 mi) from Aloguinsan .
The Acacia Highway is a section of the Cebu South Road that stretches from Tinaan, Naga to Valladolid, Carcar in Cebu, Philippines. It is lined with raintrees and acacia . The trees were planted in 1915 by the personnel of the Bureau of Public Works, the DPWH ’s predecessor.
