US Highway 12A (US 12A) was an alternate route of US 12 in the Kalamazoo area. The highway followed Michigan Avenue from Kalamazoo eastward along the north side of the Kalamazoo River to Comstock, where it terminated at an intersection with M-96. The highway was formed in 1931 when US 12 was rerouted in the area.
